jlbibi Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the jlbibi website at jlbibi.net, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and associated services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you to access jlbibi services.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the jlbibi platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, fishing arcade games, and coin games.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in your jlbibi account wallet, including real-money deposits and any eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account under a jlbibi promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by Philippine regulations and jlbibi's internal compliance framework.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to jlbibi's operations under Philippine law.

To register for and use a jlbibi account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a human individual — registrations by automated systems, bots, or on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your specific location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jlbibi employee in a role that involves access to platform operations, game mathematics, or promotional systems.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. jlbibi reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

By submitting a registration form on jlbibi, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including false date of birth, false identity, or a false address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) active jlbibi account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address cluster, or the same payment method — will trigger a review. Duplicate accounts identified during review may be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at jlbibi's sole discretion.

Your jlbibi account is personal to you. You may not:

• Transfer, sell, or assign your account or any account balance to another person;
• Share your login credentials with any third party;
• Allow any other person to access or use the platform under your account;
• Use another person's payment method to fund your account without that person's documented consent and jlbibi's prior written approval.

You are responsible for keeping your jlbibi login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. jlbibi will never request your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jlbibi customer support immediately at [email protected].

jlbibi reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews for KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes. During such reviews, jlbibi may temporarily restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay activity pending satisfactory completion of the review.

jlbibi supports the following Philippine payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are set out in the Payments section of your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your jlbibi account wallet are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in your jlbibi balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may require additional processing time depending on the originating institution's clearing schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your jlbibi account must have completed KYC verification prior to your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the capabilities of the relevant payment channel.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the portion of your balance derived from those bonus funds becomes withdrawable.
• jlbibi reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large-value withdrawal requests.

jlbibi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or e-wallet downtime. In the event of a failed or reversed transaction, jlbibi will work with the relevant payment provider to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee specific resolution timeframes for third-party processing failures.

jlbibi offers promotional bonuses, deposit match incentives, free credits, and other rewards to eligible members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jlbibi promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements count only towards qualifying games as specified in each promotion. Certain game categories — such as live casino tables — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements.
• jlbibi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already begun meeting the wagering requirements for an active bonus will be permitted to complete those requirements under the original terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or applied to payment method fees.

All games available on the jlbibi platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction or game error, jlbibi reserves the right to void affected rounds and return wagers to the players' accounts.

The following gameplay provisions apply across all jlbibi game categories:

• Bet finality: Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the jlbibi system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player. All bets are final upon placement.
• Payout accuracy: jlbibi's system logs are the definitive record of all wagering activity. In any dispute between a player's recollection and the jlbibi system record, the system record shall prevail.
• Game availability: jlbibi reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any game at any time for maintenance, regulatory, or commercial reasons without prior notice.
• Return to Player (RTP): RTP percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and are audited periodically. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the stated RTP, which reflects long-term theoretical averages.
• Live casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and are governed by the rules displayed at the relevant table. Network disruptions during a live game session may result in bet void and return, at jlbibi's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlbibi and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from known or suspected software errors must be reported immediately and are subject to voiding;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider after completing deposits and placing wagers;
• Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward jlbibi support staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jlbibi's systems, servers, databases, or the accounts of other players.

jlbibi takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment, and we are committed to providing tools that help players maintain healthy boundaries around their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all jlbibi account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged into jlbibi for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed for gameplay or deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jlbibi platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

jlbibi will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 21 to open or maintain an account. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and believe they may have accessed jlbibi, please contact our support team immediately so we can take appropriate action.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by jlbibi is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering for a jlbibi account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

jlbibi collects personal data including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, government-issued identification details, contact information, financial transaction data, device and browser information, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account administration, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision and improvement of jlbibi services.

jlbibi does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers and regulatory bodies as required for the lawful operation of the platform, as described in the Privacy Policy.

All content on the jlbibi platform — including but not limited to the jlbibi logo and brand identity, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of jlbibi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlbibi platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jlbibi content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jlbibi software;
• Use jlbibi's brand assets, trademarks, or logos in any manner without prior written authorization;
• Create derivative works based on any jlbibi content or game.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jlbibi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you have made into your jlbibi account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbibi shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Damages arising from reliance on information published on the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, or internet service providers;
• Actions taken by third parties that result in unauthorized access to your account where jlbibi has not been negligent in its security practices.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits jlbibi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

jlbibi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any jlbibi account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy).

You may close your jlbibi account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML review.

Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months that hold a remaining real-money balance — will be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) after the dormancy period begins. jlbibi will make reasonable attempts to notify you before dormancy fees are applied.

jlbibi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlbibi will notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the jlbibi platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using jlbibi and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. jlbibi recommends reviewing this page each time you log into your account following receipt of an amendment notification.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the jlbibi platform that cannot be resolved through jlbibi's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of adjudicating any such dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jlbibi at [email protected] and allow jlbibi a period of thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
